As CEO, Serge brings significant years of experience and expertise of design and construction delivery of infrastructure projects in Tier 1, 2 companies and utilities. Infrastructure projects include High Voltage Electrical, Renewable Energy, Water / Wastewater, Gas, Mining and Telecommunications delivery from EPC to completion under varying commercial models. Responsibilities included Engineering Management, Project and Program Management, Client Relationship, Business Development, Financial and Executive Management of delivery teams. Serge has previously developed two market startups to commercially viable businesses regionally and nationally within the Infrastructure delivery space.
John has decades of commercial experience working within international Insurance Broking and Risk Management companies within Executive leadership positions. He was the principal lead developing major corporate insurance programs with Australian Submarine Corporation, Royal Flying Doctor Service, The University of Adelaide and the Air Warfare Destroyer Alliance (AWD), whilst being responsible for national operations. His later career took him to FMCG industry working as General Manager for Balfour Wauchope and eventually working as an expat in the USA for a subsidiary organisation. Since retiring from full time employment, John was engaged by Bartons Accounting & Financial Service to perform the role of Chairman of the board for a 5 year tenure finishing in 2018.
Allan is the CEO of MIMP Connecting solutions. Allan has 40+ years of commercial infrastructure delivery in the telecommunications space. He has a significant interest in the economic development of South Australia and is actively involved in providing industry advice to the State Government as a trusted advisor. Allan is the former Executive Chairman of National Electricity and Communications Association and is currently an active board member of non-for profit organisations.
Robyn has 20 years experience as a financial consultant, financial controller and business manager in the Energy space for publicly listed and private companies. Robyn is currently the Company Secretary for CCT and its CFO.
With local, national and international experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry; brands including Holden, Mitsubishi, Ford and NKC Conveyer, Nick’s expertise as Project Manager and Senior Technical Lead has seen him producing, building, and managing assembly plant systems and process on both small and large scales. As a part of the Senior Management team he worked closely across all departments including; planning, procurement, specifying, engineering, sales and project management teams, managing daily operations of assembly plants with a focus on production and manufacturing.
A qualified tradesman with dual qualifications as both a Diesel Mechanic and Electrician; Craig has spent his career working both locally in South Australia and in FIFO positions across multiple industries including earth moving, power generation, high voltage systems and industrial engines. His expertise has been finely tuned on the tools and further in his leadership positions as Maintenance Planner and Department Supervisor managing continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance and repair practice in power generation and electrical distribution.
Michelle has created a strong and diverse career spanning across a variety of industries including power, RTO’s and local government. It has been in these environments where she has gained significant exposure and experience for all things financial, contract and business management projects. Her outstanding ability for designing and implementing business growth strategy and improving processes to create efficiencies plus her expertise in all things administration and compliance makes her an imperative part and solution for the Management team.
